Every student can borrow 5 books on his/her card for 15 days
Every Teacher can borrow 20 books for 30 days
If not returned on time, one has to pay fine ₹1/- per day per book
If the card is lost, user has to pay fine as decided by the authority for the duplicate card
SC/ST students can issue one extra book from Book Bank
Journals and reference books can’t be borrowed out
E-resources can be accessed through the N-LIST consortium and other open access portals
Please handle the books and other materials with care
If any book is lost or damaged by any user, preferably he/she has to replace the book. On unavailability of the book in the market, one has to pay the then market price of the book
